SDI Zertifizierungs Seminar Our three-day certification course is designed for those who want to move to the next level of Relationship Awareness. Building upon the foundation of Qualification, this course explores the SDI’s application in conflict management, performance coaching, comparative models, and relationship-based 360-Degree feedback.
You will also experience and become qualified to use the SDI Feedback Edition and the SDI Expectations Edition. These supplemental inventories truly complete the relationship puzzle. Feedback tools encourage conversations about a need or desire to change perceptions and/or behaviors. Expectations tools clarify relationship expectations in personal and professional situations. Comparing the results of these inventories with results from the SDI can reveal opportunities to be more effective and have a higher level of satisfaction in a situation or relationship.
NOTE: SDI Certification is an advanced application of Relationship Awareness tools You will get more out of this course with some real-world experience under your belt. Therefore, we encourage you to apply what you've learned in Qualification and facilitate the SDI a few times in a group or coaching environment before moving on to SDI Certification.
